3. Prices and Payments

No additional costs or service fees are applied

  • • Keep the ticket until the event date
  • • Present the ticket in readable format at the entrance
  • • Bring a valid identity document

5. Transferability and Resale

5.1 Nature of Tickets

  • • Tickets are anonymous and not nominal
  • • They can be freely transferred between people
  • • No name change procedure is required

5.2 Resale Limitations

  • Commercial resale or at prices above face value is prohibited
  • • Resale on unauthorized platforms is prohibited
  • • The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets sold in violation of these rules

6. Refund Policies

6.1 No Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: Tickets are NOT refundable under any circumstances

  • • This policy applies to all types of tickets sold
  • • No exceptions are made for personal, medical, or other reasons

6.2 Only Exception: Event Cancellation

  • • Refunds are provided only in case of definitive event cancellation by the organizer
  • • In case of event postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date
  • • Minor changes (schedules, partial lineup) do not entitle to refund

6.3 Refund Procedure for Cancellation

  • • Refunds are processed within 30 days of official cancellation
  • • The amount is credited to the same payment method used
  • • The refund covers the entire amount paid without deductions

7. Event Changes

7.1 Organizer Rights

The organizer reserves the right to:

  • • Modify the event date with at least 15 days' notice
  • • Change the location for technical or safety reasons
  • • Modify event start and end times
  • • Replace artists due to force majeure

7.2 Communications

Changes are communicated through:

  • • Email to the address provided during purchase
  • • Updates on the official website
  • • Official event social media
  • • Communications at authorized promoters

8. Event Access

8.1 Age Requirements and Location

All events take place in Malta

  • Minimum age: 17 years old on the event date
  • Mandatory verification: identity document required at entrance
  • Purchaser responsibility: ensure compliance with age limits
  • No refund for denied access due to age or inability to reach Malta

8.2 Security Checks

At the entrance, the following may be performed:

  • • Metal detector checks
  • • Verification of bag and backpack contents
  • • Body temperature checks (where required)
  • • Identity document verification

8.3 Prohibited Items

It is forbidden to bring:

  • • Weapons of any kind
  • • Alcoholic beverages or drugs
  • • Sharp or dangerous objects
  • • Professional recording equipment
  • • Laser pointers or disruption devices

9. Responsibilities and Limitations

9.1 Organizer Responsibilities

  • • Proper delivery of the ticketing service
  • • Event safety within current regulations
  • • Compliance with advertised event characteristics

9.2 Liability Limitations

The organizer is not responsible for:

  • • Damage or theft of personal items
  • • Injuries from reckless behavior
  • • Technical problems with personal devices
  • • Travel and accommodation expenses
